Australia. Uluru and The Great Barrier Reef
The Dreaming Body.
The great red centre of Australia holds one of the most powerful energetic vortices in the world. The seat of the Earth Dreaming. Arriving in this Earth Centre we are reminded of our contract with this planet, the reason we came here, the purpose of our journey through the universe to this particular planet in this particular solar system. From this perspective of understanding our wider human purpose, the decisions about our life journey and direction become aligned with the forces of the universe. This can give us a sense of our homecoming, finding home in our body, on this planet, in the rocks and in the bones.
To prepare for this pilgrimage, we journey through the medicine wheel. We open to the element of Air in the high places around Darwin. We open to the element of Fire through Tatiwari (fire spirit), in a night Fire Ceremony. We open to the element of Earth through connecting to the huge majestic trees of the rainforest. We open to the element of water through immersing in the waterfalls and rivers of the rainforest.
The Great Barrier Reef is part of our preparation. Connecting with the sea is another form of water dreaming, and it connects us with the ‘beings of the half worlds’ that dream our transition between dimensions. The fish and the rainbow colours present us with the time bridges through which we can travel to the other worlds inside this planet.
These beings guide us to our crystalline intelligence. On the beautiful table lands of the Northern Territory, we enter into this initiation into our own inner crystal skull. We connect to the crystalline grid of this planet and we begin to hear the consciousness of this planetary being. Our communication with this Earth being.
Prepared and ready to understand and receive the phenomenal energy of the Earth Centre, we travel to the kings canyon and finally to Uluru. We will be guided into the energy centres of this sacred rock, spiralling down into the inner secrets of this planetary grid. Worlds inside this world.
AUSTRALIAN SHAMANIC WALKABOUT, SEPTEMBER 2019
Day 1, 31.08.2019, Cairns
Arrival and transfer to the Daintree National Park where we will stay for the next few days. Our accommodation is in the rainforest which is the oldest rainforest in the world with Coral Sea and local creeks nearby. Our first opening in the medicine wheel is to the element of Air. We practise various forms of meditation and movement to develop a deeper sense of our conscious breath. (L, D)
Day 2, 01.09.2019, Daintree
Continuing to open to the element of Air, we go to the high places in the area to touch the sky and make our prayers to the winds. In the evening we open to the element of Fire. This is a sacred fire ceremony connecting with the spirit of Tatiwari. Listening to the flames with the conscious breath, the inner fire is awakened, and Tatiwari begins to teach us. (B, L, D)
Day 3, 02.09.2019, Daintree
In the ancient rainforest of the Far North Queensland are some of the oldest trees in the world. We will be entering one of the oldest parts of the forest. Connecting with these great masters leads us into the third doorway of the medicine wheel, the element of Earth. We will be connecting to the trees through our Dreaming Body, learning how to energetically communicate to these magical beings through extending through the breath from our physical bodies. Day 4, 03.09.2019, Daintree
The waters of the rainforest. This is the forth doorway of the medicine wheel, the element of Water. We enter into the different waters of the ancient forest: the streams and waterfalls. Dancing with water, we enter into its spirits in play. (B, L, D)
Day 5, 04.09.2019, Cairns
After breakfast we travel back to Cairns. On our way we can stop in Port Douglas for lunch then Palm Cove for a walk along the beach before we check in in our accommodation. Exercises to balance the medicine wheel – mind, spirit, body, and emotion. We look more deeply at what the medicine in the wheel actually means and how this can be used as a tool for self healing, balancing, and helping others.

Day 6, 05.09.2019, Great Barrier Reef
This ecosystem is the largest in the world and offers an amazing experience of the underwater world with thousands of different corals, fish and other living creatures. The quantity of beings that we can experience here is like waves of colour moving through our beings. These creatures of the sea are also the carriers of the rainbow time bridges which can lead to the ‘other worlds’ inside this planet. We swim, snorkel, bathe, scuba dive ( extra cost). ( B, L, D)
Day 7-9, 06.09–08.09.2019, Tablelands
Our crystalline intelligence. This three day initiation connects us with our First Intent, your Star, the place of your clarity and the base of your soul before its journey through the universe. For the Australian indigenous people as well as many indigenous tribes in the world, we come from the stars, and return to the stars. Connecting to our star is like connecting to the part of us that has no doubt.
We open to the energies of the pyramids. These energetic structures provide a meeting place between your star and your body. They enable you to remember your journey from your star through the universe to your human body on this planet, and so you can reconnect with this level of clarity, awakening your body to your essential energy from the sky.
Our crystalline intelligence connects our bones with the crystal rocks of this planet. Connecting to the crystalline grid that runs through the whole of this planetary being, enables us to hear the mind of Earth. We can hear the way in which the Earth ‘thinks’, which is very different to the way in which we think. The thought comes as much from the heart. The earth heart thinks and we receive her messages through all of our senses – thought, feeling, sensation, vision. (B, L,D)
Day 10, 09.09.2019
We spend the morning around this beautiful property that was our home for the past 3 days to meditate, draw, write or play music. After lunch we journey back to Cairns. Afternoon at leisure. (B, L, D)
Day 11-12, 10.09-11.09.2019, Alice Springs to Kings Canyon
Early morning flight to Alice Springs. Upon arrival we board our private mini bus and embark on our desert quest through The Red Centre.
The two days we have in this terrain of deep red canyons and stunning mountains is to open to Rock Dreaming. Rocks hold the memory of the planet, and they relate to the memories in our bones. When we enter into Rock Dreaming, we enter into the deep history of both the planet and our own body. In order to be able to do this, we have to learn to both extend the Dreaming Body from the physical body and also to travel through time. We will be doing exercises and ceremonies to activate the dreaming body so that we can access these deep memories in the land and in ourselves. To connect more deeply with this living memory, we spend a lot of time being still with the rocks and learning the art of listening. Little by little, the mind begins to quieten, and other doors of perception are opened. (B, L, D)
Day 13, 12.09.2019, Kings Canyon to Uluru
In the morning we visit local Aboriginal community.
The Aboriginal culture of Australia have suffered deeply, and many of the traditions have been abandoned. However, they still hold the dreaming voice of this land, and we can learn from them just by listening to their stories and learning about their painting. We open to their voice, and from this song, we can remember the time when the human walked at one with this land. After lunch we travel to Uluru. ( B, L, D)
Day 14-16, 13.09-15.09.2019, Uluru
Kata Tjuta and Uluru. These great mounds of rocks in the Red Centre are at the end of our pilgrimage so that all the dreaming work we have done would enable us to be able to meet these ancient teachers. Opening the medicine wheel, the four directions and the four elements, learning to quieten the mind, activating the dreaming body, time travel, communicating with other times and spaces. All of these tools we will need when we visit Kata Tjuta and Uluru. It will give us a chance to listen and give us a chance to receive. The practises we will develop at Uluru will be through walking, meditation and ceremony, opening the mind, the heart, the body, the soul. The planetary body speaks to the human body and we find a harmonic resolution. ( B, L, D)
Day 17, 16.09.2019
In the morning we learn about the technique and meaning behind Aboriginal dot paintings. This is a hands on workshop run by local
Aboriginal group in which everyone can participate. After lunch we say good bye and transfer to the airport for your onward journey. ( B, L)
Chu-Ra.
Chu-Ra is the facilitator of this retreat. He studied extensively with shamans around the world including the Aboriginal Australians and received various initiations, in particular, the crystalline intelligence. He is a painter, writer and musician and the funder of the Desert Centre in Mexico. He holds circles around the world and also exhibits his art at various galleries.
