Daniel Stone
Daniel Stone’s life quest has been to understand his ‘dreaming’. As a child, his dreaming experience at night was more real than his experience in the day — a curiosity that would later shape both his artistic and spiritual path.
Early Exploration
In search of a bridge between waking and dreaming states, Daniel explored psycho-therapeutic theories — particularly the work of Carl Jung — alongside artistic disciplines including painting, music, theatre and literature.
Shamanic Path
Through ten years of travel, Daniel worked with indigenous traditions including Australian Aboriginal Dreaming, Tibetan Bon shamanism and the Toltec wisdom of Central America.
Life as Dream
These experiences offered a language through which the dreaming of the night could be brought into relationship with the waking world — life experienced as dream.
Initiations
Daniel has received various initiations, including the crystalline intelligence (inner crystal skull), and holds dreaming circles in Mexico, North America, Europe and Australia.
Founder
In 2000, he founded the Mexican Desert Centre of the Conscious Dream, where he now lives and continues his work.
