Mountain Spa – San Miguel de Allende, Mexico
These individual retreats are designed as a focused series of consultations and healing sessions over the course of one week. You will stay at a beautiful mountain spa just outside San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, surrounded by nature and tranquility.
The spa offers additional optional treatments including massage, steam room, sauna and temazcal ceremonies. Accommodation is self-catering, or you may dine in one of the many excellent international restaurants in San Miguel.

Healing Sessions
Sessions may include sound healing (voice, flute, drum, bells), subtle massage and shamanic techniques, always with your agreement. The purpose is to restore balance across emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies.
Through relaxation and awareness, you may connect with spiritual guidance in whatever form it appears — elemental, human, animal, archetypal or abstract.
Sessions typically last approximately 75 minutes.
Business & Vision Coaching
For those working in business, leadership or professional environments, we work with a four-stage model:
- Clarifying the initial vision
- Affirming viability and commitment
- Manifesting the vision
- Renewing and evolving the vision
This model applies across all professional contexts.
Accommodation
You will stay in a spacious private room with en-suite bathroom and access to cooking facilities. The spa grounds include yoga areas, gardens, terraces and mountain walking paths.
San Miguel town centre is approximately 20 minutes by taxi.
